In case you were sitting at your desk doing something important but then
somehow your mind started to drift a bit and drifted a bit more until by
some strange sequence of irrational logic you suddenly were thinking
"Gee, I wonder what Sandra Bullock has been up to lately?" — well,
here ya' go.
According to the IMDB, Sandra has the new movie Premonition out
right now. But she doesn't seem to have any other movie projects going.
I won't go see Premonition at the theaters. There might be a chance
that I will rent it. Maybe. With the possible exception of The Net, I
really don't like Sandra's serious movies. I like her comedies. But
the last comedy she made was Miss Congeniality 2 in 2005.
Sandra is a Leo.
Sometimes they purr and
sometimes they growl.
You just never can tell.
I think Sandra would do
a lot more purring than growling.
At least if a guy treats her right.
I should mention that it's not that I don't think that Sandra is a good
actress in the dramatic stuff. It's just that I don't particularly like
the subject matter slash topics of the movies. Another possible exception
might be Infamous, which is about Truman Capote and which seemed to
fall under the table inasmuch as it came out almost at the exact same time
as the highly-praised In Cold Blood. But from what I've read, Infamous
is actually the better movie, at least from the plot standpoint.
Right now she's making the talk show rounds plugging Premonition.
She was on The Daly Show the other night, and was just really
funny. And she's so 'natural' when in public.
Sandra, looking a little underdressed for
the middle of the freeway in Premonition.
There doesn't seem to be anything more to talk about right now in terms
of what Sandra has been up to. So I think I'll just have an imaginary
conversation with her — Hey, why not?
Do you like me?
Yes. Very much.
What do you like about me?
I like your awesome sense of humor.
And what else?
I'd have to think about it. But I used to have
this friend who had a kind of weird fixation
with your derriere.
Really? My derrierre?
And what was your friend's name?
His name was Ted.
Ted, huh. And what did Ted do for a living?
He was a song writer.
And what kinds of songs did he write?
Mostly songs about women's derrieres.
You'd think it would be kinda tough to make
it writing songs like that.
Well, I never said he was a SUCCESSFUL song writer.
Sandra and friend.
