No, it's not an Egg McMuffin.
It's bacon and egg ice cream.

I'm a pretty basic guy when it comes to food. And as far as breakfast
goes I normally do the coffee and cigarette thing. Occasionally, though,
I do like to eat "breakfast" — although I prefer it as a late lunch.

So when I accidentally came across A La Cuisine recently and their Bacon
and Egg ice cream, I just had to check it out. I mean, c'mon, bacon and
egg flavored ice cream?

This is nouvelle cuisine. Which means it's generally minimalistic and pretty
damn strange by the standards of my Diner Special tastes. But to be honest,
it does sound kind of interesting. I'd like to try it. But certainly not enough
to spend hours making it. And the "tea jelly" also sounded kind of interesting.

Much more to my own tastes were the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, which
I discovered after a quick site search. As one commentator wrote, they sound
like a perfect base for something perhaps a little fancier — like Sweet and
Sour Shrimp Dumplings?

Boy, it's a big world out there, isn't it? So many things out there to experience.

I think I'll skip the Snail Porridge, though. I don't think I need THAT much
experience.
