My "official" George Washington
black light poster.
I don't actually have one, I just
thought it would be interesting
to make one, kinda check it out
and see what one would look like.
I seem to be going through a 70s
flashback period lately.
Ooooh, I like it. I use a lot of blues and greens in many of my paintings.
I suppose I could have whacked it out more towards the reds. Anyway, glad you like it! Thanks.
we all know why he never smiled, he didn't like the look of his poor teeth. too bad, because he would have been so much more handsome had he shown his true heart through a smiling face. the eyes have the smile though.
Been there. Am there. I'm ashamed to say, but it's true.
I've seen your photo, but no, I didn't notice that.I guess that is the way with things like that…we become very self-conscious and exaggerate it to ourselves sometimes. But even there, I would have to say that, giving myself a 5 points handicap going in, that I still look like crap.I've learned to smile with my mouth closed. Unfortunatley, there is something about the shape of my mouth or whatever that when I smile it also could be interpreted as a frown or a grimace. Not good! 😆
ed, look at my croocked teeth! i know you've seen my self-photo. too bad for me that i can't keep a stiff upper lip like my grandad always wanted me to. grandad used to say that people wouldn't take me seriously for two reasons. one, because i'm a woman and two, because i smile too often! i can't help it, it just happens! 😀
Ok, now I've seen you smile in the photos your sister took or someone, I forget. It certainly didn't look like a frown or a grimace. I thought you looked like a very nice and pleasant person to meet. So there.
ed, i agree with pam! i think you mistake those furrows for something other than they are . . .. it is still told (imo) through the eyes though. my smile is like my dogs tail, because i have no control over the motion it just has a mind of it's own! 🙂
A waggly dog's tail. Ha! :up:Pam and Deb, thanks for the lift.
Thanks for the link. I'll come back and listen to it a little later. Right now it's only about 6:30 here. Had to get up and put on the O2 for a bit. Then…it's back to my bed with its nice coolish sheets.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAljmuzFRLgThe link didn't work in the above post and it wouldn't let me edit it. Let's try again.
Opera is being a bit goofy. It deleted the original post where I said this video reminded me of you and Pat Maginess. Isabel had posted a song by this very sexy French singer and I found another one on YouTube with him singing. AND he's wearing a fedora.
