I've had a lot of requests (okay I've had one, from Pam)
for new stuff about my girl Sasha. So here's a photo I
took the other day back in The Cave.
After reading about all the stuff with Heidi Montag,
I got to thinking that Sasha might go to a doggie
plastic surgeon and have "a little work done" as
well. I think those little hairs at the tip of her
tail could use a good nip. And then there is the
hair on her tummy — she definitely needs hair
removal strips or maybe electrolisis. I was also
thinking that she could get some work done on her
pointy chin, though to be honest I'm not sure if
too much could be done there considering that her
pointy chin is connected to her pointy nose. But
I'll be sure to ask the doggie plastic surgeon
about that anyway.
Oh who am I kidding. I don't have the money for a
doggie plastic surgeon. And even if I did I think
the money would be more wisely spent on a good
doggie psychiatrist for her. And I definitely
need to get her nails clipped.

in my eyes she is perfect!I was wondering if she can become a model for dog food!
Ha! I hope she becomes a supermodel! Her daddy needs the money! Are you posting today?
You know the spine on dachshunds continues to grow until age 2 years. So she's not even full grown yet. I think she's getting so big. But then she gets next to Annabelle and Lexie, the dashshunds upstairs, and I realize what a petite girl Sasha is.

Well I sat down and had a long talk with Sasha about the possibility of having cosmetic surgery. But she only bit my hand and ran off to get a squeaky toy. :pThanks from Sasha for all the kind compliments about her. She is feeling very good about herself!

Sasha does not need a plastic surgeon. She is beautiful the way she is and you know it. I need one a lot more than she does. ๐
Happy youTubing! (sounds like something you need a life vest and bathing suit for).BTW speaking of supermodels, here's Barbara Meier. You just kinda sucked me into that one, didn't you? :p

Congrats on the long "loveaffair" with opera ๐
If you run into Matt please tell him hello for me, yeah?
I'm tempted to take all of their suggestions. ๐
She is cute :awww:No, I mean Sasha… but that girl up there is cute, too :D
๐ I love tube tops. And halter tops. Etc etc etc.BTW is that an old photo of Cheryl Tieggs? Was just finally doing something with my MySpace page thing. I only joined so I could leave comments and stuff on my brother-in-laws space. A pain in the ass. I called it "Another One of These Things" lol. You know I have over 1200 posts now? And in March I will have been on Opera for 4 years. Whew! I'm practically brain dead from it all! :p
Me too, Linda. My bulb definitely need changing. :p
I know it did me…..I'm pretty dim now, though.
She's beautiful, Edward. Prettiest dachshund I've seen yet.:heart:
@ Star. Prettiest dachshund that I've seen yet"Yay! That's my girl! She's so shiny, yeah? I try to take good care of her. Love makes you shiny. :heart:PS hope your Uncle is doing well.
I'm wondering if that is ever going to happen again. For me. :awww:
You never can tell.
Thanks, Edward, he is. Should be getting out of the hospital tomorrow or Saturday. Even though he has a long, long recovery ahead of him, everybody is amazed at how well he's doing. He made, like, 4 laps around the nurse's station yesterday. Walking! Not in a wheelchair! :eyes:
Sounds like good news, Star.
Yeah, that's wonderful. Make sure he doesn't do too much too soon though, okay?
You're not really going to nip/tuck Sasha are you? Of course not. She is adorable as she is. Even though I got CJ as a stray at about six or eight weeks, she'd already had her tail docked. I wish it hadn't been. It would have been like a little whip. Whoever had her didn't dock her ears because they were so crooked.
@ PamNo, no nip/tuck for Sasha. ๐ Sometimes Sasha's tail pounds against the back of the couch when she wags it and it sounds like a big bass drum. :DSpeaking of which I have to stop this for a while cause she's got her head over the top of my Blackberry — jealous!
Thank you, Linda. We're trying, Edward, but that's kinda like telling the world to stop and start spinning the other way. ๐ He's almost 74, and it's the first time he's ever been in the hospital. He tried to convince the nurses that he didn't need his pain meds on Wednesday. They said, "Ok." This morning, he decided he probably did.Stubborn old fart.
Star my dad had a heart attack in December 1995. He had a bypass and stayed in the hospital till January. Then he went home, having a kind of tough time of it, but he pushed on and even went back to work in February. He died in April. He was a stubborn old fart too, and one that hadn't had much in the way of medical stuff in his life and he tended to shrug it off. I wonder how much longer he would have had if he hadn't gone back to work. At least the best I can say for it was that he died doing what he loved.Hate to tell you that story, but I must.

๐ Is Ed going to get a home loan using Sasha's name?

I think the visitor must have been responding to some other post or something. Although to be honest "off topic" is not unusual here.Anyway, if I could get a loan using Sasha's name, I would. ๐
