Some photos of Sasha I took yesterday back in The Cave.
We had been playing on the bed.
All pooped out from playing. Time for a rest.
Still pooped. Will you look at those long eyelashes?!

😉 she's a real cutie
She is a totally hot babe! In more ways than one! — she needs her "hot Mexican luvva" the chichuaha upstairs! Unfortunately no luv for Sasha! Not nearly enough exclamation points! Not nearly enough! Please, somebody stop me before I exclaim again! :pShe is still scared to death of the outdoors. Though I can get her to go out in the hall sometimes and run around a bit. So maybe she'll get more brave.
You know I've tried carrying her. And even taking a toy with us and carrying her at the same time. No luck. 😦
Awww, so tired little one :awww:You must be really proud of her
She's grown big… Is it me, or does she have a slight resemblance to Audrey Hepburn?:D
:lol:I was thinking Ava Gardner. :p
Goodness, she has grown! She's a very pretty lady, Edward, Marilyn Monroe in disguise.
😆 So if you have to use the toilet, do you say "mind if I cut in?"
She certainly has starlet material, lying on the bed like that. My cat does the same thing, only her favorite place seems to be on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. Not particularly lady-like, if you ask me.
And there's one for Marilyn Monroe!Wow. Thanks, Linda!
😆 😆
No, she just gives me that particular there-you-go-again-spoiling-a-nice-nap look and leaves the room, diva like exit. Somtimes, she'd be lurking around outside the door until I have finished bizness.
Beautiful! She's such a pretty lil' thing, Edward. I'm so glad you two have each other.
Wish you'd get you a doggie, Star. But you know that. I'm not pushing you. :heart:Just got through listening to Patti Smith's "Land of a Thousand Horses."Jeez. Am I fried. :p
A dog is a man's best friend. One of the truest things ever said. 🙂
very very pretty !!! makes me want a dog. always had a dog until now.
That too!:)
And a girl's best friend.:p:D
Awwwwww….the top one is her odalisque pose. She is so cute. My two were so happy to see me when I got home last night.
It's so great coming home and seeing those wagging tails, isn't it? One of the best things in life.
Yup, it sure is!
Yeah, it's different from having a cat. My cat does not show any affection, when I come home. She just starts complaining about why I was gone for so long and where I have been, and who the sod I think I am just leaving the house like that. Then she goes back to sleep. Otherwise, I prefer cats. Less maintenance.
I guess cats expect you to do the tail wagging on arrival. :p

Thanks. I like animals. Dogs too. Just don't want a dog as long as I'm living in an apartment. Horses too. I sometimes really miss living in the country, like I did four years ago… Perhaps one day I will shake this streetdust of my coat, and return to a more rural life… Get a dog and a horse and a small house and never see anybody else than my neighbor and my family. The idea gets more and more attractive the older I get.
She expects me to supply her with food, shelter and protection, now that I have enslaved her. It's only fair. She doesn't have to know that I actually saved her life, and that if it wasn't for me she would propably have died before she got selfaware. Xena's mother got sick and died when the kitties were only a few weeks old, and the good people who had them in costody had to find good owners for them, or take them to the vet. I actually raised her as if she was a dog. Read this modern ways book written by a certified dog-trainer, about how to raise a cat like a dog. I did that. It's nice taking her for a walk and people I meet will just stare, because she runs around at my feet and comes when I call, dog-like. Very rare for a cat, but it's getting more and more popular to raise cats like that. Especially if you live in the suburbs like me. Otherwise, she is 100% cat, and she will kill me if I don't obey.
I remember when you had that job at the pony farm. Is it far to the countryside from Odense?
You can sometimes see people riding horses here down on the West side of the Spokane River. Which is about 2 miles from my apartment. Originally posted by Aqualion:
Ah how well I know that one.
Not really. My stepson lives in a small town about twenty kilometers out West, actually in the area where my wife spend most of her childhood. We go there a couple of times every month or so. My son goes to a school in the country side of South Funen (where I lived 1985 – '97) about fifty kilometers straight South. However, taking a trip cross the country side is not the same as living there.I miss the ponies. Last time I heard news from the old farm, they told me Truska, the Fiord Pony which I really connected to when I was there, passed on a few weeks after I left. Not because she missed me, though, but because she had problems with her digestive system.Life's a bitch and then you just keep living…
