A couple weeks ago I got to feeling a bit better
from a bad case of bronchitis that I had been having
and decided to take a walk around the block to check
out my condition and get some fresh air.
I walked counterclockwise around the block, the same
route me and my good dog Baron used to take on our
walks a few years ago. I still love him and miss him.
Inspired by the several photographic scenes in Godard's
movie Le Petit Soldat, which I had watched a few
days before, I decided to take my camera.

Very nice, Ed. I particularly like the bark in the uppermost photo. A beautiful texture.
@ Richard.I love bark. It's just amazing stuff.BTW the sepia one was a totally accident — I was switching between B&W and color and hit the sepia icon. Took the shot anyway. :p@ Dizzy. There certainly is at the very least something quite stark about BW photos. Or at least there can be. But I've seen some wonderful and very soft BW photos too — mostly portraits. That is a great scene in the movie. I only linked the short version, but you can find practically the entire scene here. Luckily my DVD has subtitles to sort of fill in between the 3 or 4 phrases I know of French. :p
๐ Thanks… sorry I don't know French.except for a few catch phrases.
Hello Edward.A walk and nice memories …as a result we can see your beautiful photos. Certainly in a monochrome image has a powerful charm. And yet … the desire to paint the world in only two colorscreates feeling life -as the theater of the absurd. However, this digression.Thank you for the photo, it fine. But the fact … life, for many of us – absurdity.Wonderful video and French… charmant ๐

@ Darko.You are correct, sir! ๐
Ah, those yellow leaves on a last photo. Fill my mind with ease and my heart with romantic mood. Don`t ask how I know they are yellow, I just know…:D
Great photos, Edward. Have to agree with Richard about the tree bark. Outstanding.I'm so glad you were able to get out and walk about for a bit. There's gonna come a time when Sasha forgets her fears and dashes out the door right after you, too, just 'cause she loves you that much.
 great photographs ED … the first one is my favorite … looks like a close-up of my face :p
@ Star.Sasha is changing a bit as she gets to be a more mature girl. In fact I'm wondering if she is even from this planet or not. So maybe she'll do that one day. :p @ Dirk. Thanks, Dirk. I would say something about a squirrel sitting on your tree face, but I'd better not. :p
๐ … but I guess I know what it would be like if you would have done ๐
๐ Yeah I'm glad I didn't do that.
๐ Handy to have a fluorescing dog at night.
Sasha's amazing green eyes ๐
@ Dizzy.:lol:I have to stick 4 AA batteries in her. :p
@ Richard.:lol:That's an example of a cell phone photo gone wrong, gone horribly wrong.
๐ฎ ๐
She is beaming you with green laser beams :alien::eek:
Now that is one bright dog.
Edward, all day long i thinking about …how Sasha may it ? ..only 4 ะะ batteries but so much light this is a fantastic dog :wizard:
@ Darko.Probably. Mind control laser beams — saying "Feed Sasha a snack!"@ Star. She's always been a little bit "special" — yeah? :D:heart:@ Dizzy.Dizzy that's because her eyes are the LED type and take less power. :p
Well I didn't want you to lose any further sleep over it. ๐
oh! ๐ฎ I'm sincerely grateful to you. ๐
ah! So, now it is clear ๐
Nice shots! I love black and white photos!! :up:Glad you got out for a walk, and hoping you continue to feel better, Ed. ๐
