Well in case you didn't get nearly enough governmental
bullshit during the recent budget debate, Fastcase.com
has made over 1.8 million pages of Federal case law
available in the public domain and "useable by anyone
for any purpose."
The documents include all U.S. Courts of Appeals cases
since 1950 and all U.S. Supreme Court cases since 1954.
In order to access the case law you evidently have to
register with Fastcase. But if you don't want to do
that you may be able to get it here.
So — have fun!
