There's a Danish super model who just turned 40 (still active by the way), and there was a big article in an estimated Danish newspaper about her life and career. About a week later it came out that the lady actually wrote the article herself, and the journalist who put his name on it was payed to pretend he wrote it. This caused another journalist to dig into it, and he found out that this is actually quite common with the inferior names of Denmark's cultural elite. Their 'excuse' when they had to explain was 'We just do what the French have been doing for a century'. French snobbing still exists, it seems. I think it is immensely embarassing that they actually write these anniversary articles themselves and bribe journalists to bring the stories, when newspapers don't find them interesting enough to waste time on. Embarassing for the 'culture items', that is. Not for the newspapers.Which of course have nothing to do with your Val.:sing:Wanna see my smiling face on the cover of The Rolling Stone! :sing:

I don't know. She has done some master's classes in conjunction with a few of her tour dates. So I guess she is qualified. In any case, it was probably an easy way for her to make money. Which I don't blame her for.
@ Martin.I hadn't heard about the magazine scam. Not really surprising though. I guess the one I think of is Elvis Costello's "Lipstick Vogue." 😀

It was by some time last year. There seems to be no mentioning of the affair in international internet media.
